Welcome to the Fresh Food Company! Located on the second floor of the Connell Student Center, we offer an all-you-care-to-eat style of service with a variety of freshly prepared and cooked menu options in an open kitchen environment. Our chefs work hard to create delicious meals throughout the day, so you can enjoy fresh food all day long. The Fresh Food Company features eleven food stations with exciting menus, specials, and made-to-order meals. We look forward to seeing you at the Fresh Food Company!
Stations include True Balance, our allergen-friendly station, a plant-based station, as well as other favorites: grill, pizza, deli, salad bar, dessert, and made-to-order stir-fry Mongolian grill.
If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, please inform your server. In order to request accommodations for meal plans due to food allergies or sensitivities, contact Katie Johnson, the university's access and accommodation director.
Summer Hours:
Breakfast: 8 - 9 a.m.
Lunch: 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Dinner: 5 - 7 p.m.

Lunch: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Lunch: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Due to ongoing supply chain disruptions requiring ingredient substitutions, allergen and ingredient information on menu boards, recipe cards, and website may not be current. If you or someone in your party has a food allergy, please contact a food service manager, chef or dietitian on site.
2,000 calories a day is used for general nutrition advice, but calorie needs vary. Additional nutrition information available upon request.
